We left the United States with a dream: to give our daughter a safe childhood, excellent education, and the joy of growing up in Ljubljana - what we truly believe is the most beautiful city in the world. Our family's love for Slovenia comes from our appreciation of nature, literature & art, and a strong sense of Camaraderie and Friendship you can only find around here.
As paragliders, we've seen Slovenia's breathtaking landscapes from above, but it's the warmth of its people that made us feel at home. The tradition of community, and anti-fascist resistance, resonated deeply with our values.

Biscuits with History
This buttermilk biscuit recipe comes from my great-grandmother in rural Georgia. Each bite carries generations of Southern hospitality - now blended with Balkan soul through kraški pršut, domači kajmak, and slovenska rakija, which we have come to know and love very much. Všeč mi je!
